Yes, absolutely! Everything we make at Shree's Vegan Cake House is 100% plant-based. We use no dairy, eggs, honey, or any other animal-derived ingredients.

Yes, we have a selection of delicious gluten-free cakes and treats. These are clearly marked with a (GF) label on our product pages. While we take precautions, please note that our kitchen handles gluten, so cross-contamination is a possibility for those with severe allergies.

You can request a custom cake through our Custom Orders page. Please provide as much detail as possible about your desired design, flavors, weight, and event theme. Our kitchen team will reach out via WhatsApp immediately upon receiving your request!

We currently deliver within Pune City covering a 30 KM radius from Balewadi. Delivery charges vary based on distance. You can check delivery availability and cost at checkout by entering your address. We also offer free delivery for orders above a certain amount.

For standard cakes from our menu, we generally require 24-48 hours notice, as indicated on the product page. For custom orders, we recommend at least 1-2 weeks' notice, especially for complex designs or large orders. The earlier, the better to ensure availability!

We stand by the deliciousness of our cakes. We're confident you'll find them as good as, if not better than, traditional cakes. If you are not completely satisfied with the taste of your product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will be happy to discuss the issue and may offer a refund at our discretion. To be eligible, you must provide feedback and may be asked for a photo of the product.

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, and popular digital wallets through our secure online payment gateway. Cash on delivery is not available at this time.
